2022 Scholarship Application

Scholar and a Dream is a non-profit organization dedicated towards enhancing the lives of minority students through scholarship, career development and mentorship.

Scholar and a Dream will be awarding $1,000 scholarships to selected NYC high school applicants who will be graduating 
from the 2022 class. In addition to the financial award, scholarship recipients will also receive the services below:

  • Mentorship & Career Advisement

  • Networking Opportunities

  • Professional Headshots

  • Periodical Care Packages

*All completed applications must be submitted and received by the May 31st deadline.

Eligibility Requirements:

I am a NYC Public School Student.

I have a GPA of 2.7 or above (If below 2.7 please submit Optional Essay).

I will be attending a 2 or 4 year college in the fall 2022 semester.

Scholar & A Dream firmly believes in the act of paying it forward. As such, we’re looking for applicants who are motivated and passionate about giving back to their communities. In 350 words, discuss what you plan to study in college, and how you will utilize your college education to further the advancement of your local community. *
