Our mission is to close the achievement gap and empower students to reach their full potential through postsecondary education. By providing support and resources, we strive to create a brighter future for all students.

Scholar & A Dream is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of students of color through scholarship, mentorship, and career development.

Our Impact
Scholar & A Dream isn’t your average scholarship program. Along with a $1,000 financial award for graduating NYC high school students, we offer a comprehensive plan designed to help students succeed in whatever field they choose.
Scholarships
It is our dream to empower students with higher education and equal opportunity, regardless of their racial or socioeconomic backgrounds. Our program has awarded 13+ scholarships to diverse students, promoting inclusivity, and equal opportunity for all. Scholar & A Dream has enabled students to achieve their dreams through financial aid and long-term support in their respective fields.
Students Impacted
Our program has been a game-changer for so many students trying to make their educational dreams a reality. We’ve made a huge difference in the lives of countless students by offering the resources and financial support they need to succeed in post-secondary education. Now, many of our former students are thriving in their careers. They’re constantly committed to helping others, just as we were able to help them. Our supportive community of passionate professionals has provided a truly inspiring and positive impact on both the lives of our scholars and our program itself. We couldn’t be prouder.
Money Awarded
Our scholarship program is about more than just covering tuition costs. We believe in empowering young people and helping them build the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. That's why we offer additional financial support to help students focus on learning and developing their skills. We want to help students not only achieve their academic goals, but also build a strong foundation for long-term success and fulfillment in their careers.
