Biography
I’m a Brooklyn native and graduate of Syracuse University (BS) and SUNY University at Buffalo (MBA). I work at Google as a Global Agency Lead where I advise organizations through their digital transformation journey; helping them put the right technical and organizational capabilities in place, to be agile and build resilience for the future.

Why Did You Create S&D?
As Co-founder & CEO of Scholar & A Dream, I lead the organization with one word in mind: opportunity. I understand that students of color in underfunded high schools are less likely to have advanced courses, high-quality instructional materials or access to a network of people who can shape their minds and future careers. I believe that every student should have the same opportunities, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances. I see Scholar & a Dream as the premier platform for developing future leaders.
Why Is Scholarship Important?
I understand that although the cost of opportunity isn't always free, these scholarships provide hope for many students in low-income households. Students who can’t take advantage of secondary education simply because of the cost, finally have a chance at an even playing field.
What Do You Envision for S&D?
I envision that Scholar & A Dream will continue to grow its impact in NYC and eventually expand nationally.
